Do you cover my area?
We cover the whole of Sussex and Kent, we are expanding into new areas each month. We do have contracts with other cleaners, we will be very happy to pass on any cleaning requirments you have.
What happens if I move house?
Budget Clean will transfer your account to another address in
the Uk or Jersey CI.
Can I meet the cleaner first?
Yes, it is always a good idea to meet the cleaner to discuss
your priorities with them. Budget Clean will arrange a meeting
with the cleaner at your house at a convenient time to yourself,
which can be in the daytime, evening or weekend.
Do I have to stay at home when the cleaner comes to me?
No, the cleaners are very experienced so that you can leave them to clean alone in your house. If you have a budget level cleaner we would suggest you upgrade to a more advanced cleaner, as budget level are cleaners still on our training course.
Will Budget Clean be able to provide me with a temporary cleaner
if my regular cleaner is off sick or on holiday? Yes, Budget Clean will contact you to arrange temporary
cover should (subject to satus) your regular cleaner let us know that they are unable
to come to you for any reason.
Do I need to pay the cleaner extra if I want her to clean at the
weekend?
There could be a price increase, but we would let you know in advance
