Budget Clean will transfer your account to another address in
the Uk.
Can I meet the cleaner first?
Yes, it is always a good idea to meet the cleaner to discuss
your priorities with her. Budget Clean will arrange a meeting
with the cleaner at your house at a convenient time to yourself,
which can be in the daytime, evening or weekend.
Do I have to stay at home when the cleaner comes to me?
No, the cleaners are all very experienced so that you can leave them to clean alone in your house
Will Budget Clean be able to provide me with a temporary cleaner
if my regular cleaner is off sick or on holiday?
Yes, Budget Clean will always contact you to arrange temporary
cover should your regular cleaner let us know that she is unable
to come to you for any reason.
Do I need to pay the cleaner extra if I want her to clean at the
weekend?
No, the rate of pay for the cleaners is the same at all times.
